Under Contract

You’ve accepted an offer and agreed to the terms. We’ll manage timelines, paperwork, and communication to ensure everything moves ahead smoothly.

Step Nine

Conditional Phase

If the offer includes conditions (e.g., financing, home inspection), we guide the process and keep everyone on track. Not all offers will have conditions—our goal is to help you secure the best terms possible.

Step Ten

Sold

Once conditions (if any) are fulfilled and the deal is firm, your home is officially sold. We’ll keep you updated, assist with next steps, and stay available for anything you need as you prepare for closing.


Closing

This is the official transfer of funds and ownership. 

We ensure you’re packed, prepared, and supported through to moving day – offering trusted referrals and post-sale guidance.
